The overall theme was one of a dynamic, active organization. One that was making, real change in the lives of its clients. The images are of members, volunteers, and clients who achieved victories. Team members were able to use the backdrop and graphics not only as decoration, but demonstration.
In addition to displays and presentation graphics, print media was created for distribution to visitors to the table and events.
Since the team would be flying in, all of the items had to not only be ordered to be shipped to local volunteer, but print media was ordered from a local printer. My task was to coordinate these with a time-sensitive focus. Not too early as to inconvenience our volunteer, not too late so the materials weren’t available. The entire process was flawlessly executed to great praise from both team members and guests.
The You Are The Power team headed to Las Vegas, Nevada to represent the organization and present on various topics. The project required not only display and print media, but coordination with volunteers and team members to pull off a flawless event.
This theme was carried through to the presentation day in the “Action Center.” Various topics and panel discussions intended to highlight practices and inform about issues the team had encountered. Each section had a unique backdrop image following the theme of the main display.
